Two Tree House

This project involved building a new two-storey dwelling with a cellar. The ground level floor plate was designed to contour to the slope of the block, incorporating two split levels and a sunken lounge area. The construction was complex due to the presence of two established gum trees and their root protection zones. The home also featured a temperature-controlled wine cellar in the basement, along with a detailed joinery and wall panelling package.
